Lead validation first identifies if any leads supplied to you are already in your CRM, and can reject these leads on your behalf; alternatively if the leads supply information you do not already have against a customer or prospect, can supplement your existing record with this information

Secondly, leads from alternate suppliers are prioritised to suit you, ensuring that the supplier who first provided the lead is compensated and that other supplier duplicate leads are rejected.

Finally, the new leads are improved for contactability (phone, email, URL and address information) and are where possible enhanced with any information they lack (such as industry, size, age, intent).

These data are cleaned, deduplicated, and enhanced with additional information (industry sector, size, HQ location, company departments, and additional contacts). Contactability is improved through address, phone number, and email address correction and formatting. (More descriptive, highlights the key processes)

Supplier Lead Integration & Quality Assurance

Suppliers upload data leads to the portal, where they undergo the same rigorous data cleaning process. Leads that don't meet quality and contactability standards are rejected or improved before acceptance. (Combines the upload and quality check into one step)

CRM Matching & Enhancement:

Acceptable supplied leads are matched to your own CRM data, and any matches are flagged. These matched leads can be rejected or used to enhance your existing records.

Deduplication Across Suppliers

Net new leads are deduplicated across suppliers, with a hierarchy ensuring that the correct supplier is compensated (based on criteria like first provider or highest quality).

Data Download & Integration
